Artist's Way check-in:

1. Decluttering: still a work in progress. Closet is almost where I want it - at least things are accessible, and I'm down to where I can think about organizing the different scrapbook boxes.

2. Concerts - my AW synchronicity comes into play here! I went to SUNY Oswego to see BIG, and Juan happened to be at the same performance, so I was able to hand him my binder rather than just leave it outside his door. I also got to see some wonderful friends from Amahl - I really miss those guys. Dan, our page, even had a surprise-to-me role that left me laughing!! He is so wonderful on stage! And, of course, I am very proud of my "son" - Billy Darvil from Amahl. He is so natural on stage. I can really learn a lesson there! OH - and the Viennese concert: still working on the accompanist. The program is finally set, and I'm excited about it: 3 J. Strauss, a couple of Mozart and a Lehár. We also decided on the Watch Duet from Die Fledermaus.

3. I still need to do that darn oil change for my poor car - I'm waiting on a check to come in. Sigh. At least it's decluttered, as Mom had to use my car when hers had to have some major work done on it. I was working my first temp gig, so I really didn't need it all day.

4. Exercising - more consistent. I'm really getting inspired by my SCF classes!

5. Writing - again, I'm focusing more on the cleaning and exercising than anything else. I did get the idea this week to do a web site just devoted to my writing, but I'll stick with the blogs for now until I really am working consistently on it.

6. Scrapbooking: I found more photos and show stuff - I'll have to have a couple of show binders, I guess - and I haven't really kept much from the early years!

7. Music: Being consistent - Rosina, Seufer, Zerfliesse, Rejoice, Vilja, Frühlingstimme, Caro nome, MT stuff.

8. Morning Pages - nada again. Better to be decluttering at this point, I guess.

9. AD/Synchronicity - saw BIG up at SUNY and had a blast seeing folks again. There are a lot of nice people to work with up there!

10. Auditions: am currently prepping for 3 auditions this coming Monday. Yes, I did get some decent dance pants so I don't have the problem I did last time. Pray for good weather traveling down and back and a healthy voice for me!

11. Web site - have contacted Karl to do the .gif files for me. I'm excited to see what he'll come up with!
